Did you know Diva's is now offering a complete menu of "alternative baking" cupcakes?! Do you know what "alternative baking" is? Well we'll tell ya! Alternative Baking is a fun way of providing specialty baked goods to our customers that may have a food allergy, food preference, or medical condition requiring them to eat specific. So to ensure every one can enjoy a fabulous Diva's Cupcake we have put together some excellent Vegan, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free cupcake options.

Here are a couple Flavors offered regularly...

Vegan Chocolate Orange

a soy based chocolate cake made with rich Valhrona cocoa topped with orange apricot icing, and fresh berries

Vegan Coconut Lime

a sweet white cake made with coconut milk and toasted coconut, topped with a tart lime icing

Gluten Free Carrot Cake

made with almond flour, filled with sweet golden raisins and toasted pecans, topped with our famous Diva's Cream Cheese Buttercream

Gluten Free Banana Chocolate

made with almond flour and sweet ripe bananas, topped with creamy dark chocolate ganache

Gluten & Dairy Free PB & J

made with almond flour, sweet agave, and creamy peanut butter, filled with Diva's Homemade raspberry jam and topped with a dairy free peanut butter frosting and a fresh berry

Diva's currently offers one vegan cupcake flavor, and one gluten free flavor daily in a regular size cupcake form only. Flavors change daily and are not held to a set schedule or rotation. To ensure you get to try a specific flavor, please feel free to call Diva's at 801.485.0619 and ask for the daily vegan and gluten free selections. Orders can also be placed for any of the above flavors in either regular cupcake, mini cupcake or traditional cake form with 24 hours notice. Did you know Diva's is more than just a Cupcake and Coffee Shop? We are a full service cafe complete with an excellent Breakfast and Lunch menu, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients and locally grown produce and fruits.

Chicken Caesar Wrap

roasted chicken breast, crisp romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, shaved parmesan & caesar dressing on a whole wheat tortilla

roasted chicken breast, crisp romaine hearts, shaved parmesan, caesar dressing and garlic crostini

Summer Strawberry Salad

marinated strawberries, spinach, pistachios, crumbled goat cheese, strawberry balsamic vinaigrette & toasted crostini

Mediterranean Pita Salad

Diva's homemade pita, fresh hummus, spinach, cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, red onion, & crumbled feta in a lemon vinaigrette

Vegetarian Bean Salad

black & kidney bean salsa (hominy corn, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice), crispy tortillas & mixed greens in a cilantro vinaigrette
